E. Dale Dewberry
Dale’s experience with business matters is extensive, having represented various owners through three generations of family management. He has experience settling estates using various processes including No Administration Necessary, Will Probate, Administrations without Will, and Years Support for minors and widows. He has assisted clients in developing realty for warehouses, shopping centers, and residential subdivisions. Dale was born in 1941 and is the eldest attorney in the firm.
He is an agent and approved attorney for Lawyers Title
Insurance Company. Dale is a member of the State Bar of Georgia, the North Fulton Bar Association, the Old Warhorse Lawyers Club of Atlanta, The Kiwanis Club of Alpharetta, and the First Presbyterian Church of Atlanta. |
Dale Dewberry, a native Atlantan, was educated in the public schools of the City of Atlanta, graduated from Emory University (A.B. 1963) and the Emory University School of Law (L.L.B. 1965). For most of his career, he has concentrated in three areas of the law: 1) business matters representing owners of small businesses, providing advice and consultation on transactions such as purchasing and selling businesses, loans, contracts, and employment matters; 2) wills, probate, estate settlements, estate tax reduction; and 3)
commercial real estate transactions including both loans and purchases of
commercial property.    |
