Kasey C. Libby
Kasey joined Bach, Dewberry & Hipes in 2007. He practices litigation in the areas of insurance, commercial and employment law. Kasey has experience drafting management and employment agreements for various types of business entities. He also drafts wills and trusts, and has managed estate settlements using various methods including will probate, administrations without will, and years support for minors and widows.
Kasey is a member of the State Bar of Georgia and the North
Fulton Bar Association. He also is a member of the JaCKPie
Theatre Workshop in midtown Atlanta, where he performs
improvisation regularly. |
Kasey Libby was born and raised in metro-Atlanta. He
received his Bachelor of Arts Degree in English Literature
in 1998 from the University of Georgia, and after spending
five years in small business management and administration,
he attended the Georgia State University School of Law.
While in law school, Kasey competed in the Georgia
Intrastate Moot Court Competition and served as president of
the Moot Court. He received his law degree in 2007,
graduating cum laude.    |
