Alan D. Ness
Alan joined Bach, Dewberry & Hipes in 2008 and practices in the areas of construction and commercial litigation and employment law. He is admitted to practice in Georgia’s State and Superior Courts, the Georgia Court of Appeals, and the Georgia Supreme Court. Alan is also admitted in the United States District Court for the Northern District of Georgia and the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of Georgia. Alan Ness was born and raised in Parsippany, New Jersey. He attended college at George Washington University in Washington, DC, where he received his B.A. in English (Honors). Alan received his J.D. from Villanova University School of Law in Villanova, Pennsylvania in May of 2007, where he was President of the Christian Legal Society. After his graduation from law school, Alan served as the Staff Attorney for Judge David P. Darden, State Court of Cobb County, Georgia.     |
